Chg staff are “Tent Specialists” and we will come to your venue/home to measure for your tent and to make sure the size you require will fit in. We can also advise you on how big a tent you should take according to the number of guests, seating arrangements, etc.

When requesting a tent please give us the following information:
- How many people you are expecting
- How the people will be seated- round/rectangular/cocktail tables or cinema style
- Will there be in any extras in the tent, eg. Dance Floor, buffet setup, stage block
- What surface will the tent need to be erected on
- What type of function will it be, eg: Wedding, 21st, conference, etc.
