- 1 Section Tent (6m X 3.4m) Price: R1,600.00 including vat
- 2 Section Tent (6m X 6.8m) Price: R2,000.00 including vat
- 3 Section Tent (6m X 10.2m) Price: R2,500.00 including vat
- 4 Section Tent (6m X 13.6m) Price: R3,000.00 including vat
- 5 Section Tent (6m X 17m) Price: R3,500.00 including vat
- 6 Section Tent (6m X 20.4m) Price: R4,000.00 including vat
- 7 Section Tent (6m X 23.8m) Price: R4,500.00 including vat
- 8 Section Tent (6m X 27.2m) Price: R5,000.00 including vat
- 9 Section Tent (6m X 30.6m) Price: R6,000.00 including vat
- These rates include Setup and walls with windows if required
When requesting a tent please give us the following information:
- How many people you are expecting
- How the people will be seated- round/rectangular/cocktail tables or cinema style
- Will there be in any extras in the tent, eg. Dance Floor, buffet setup, stage block
- What surface will the tent need to be erected on
- What type of function will it be, eg: Wedding, 21st, conference, etc.

How Big a tent do you need?
- With rectangular tables, you work on needing 1 Square Meter per person
- With round tables, you work on 1.5 Square Meters per person
- With Cinema Style Seating you can work on 0.5 Square Meters per person
So, for example, our 6 Meter by 10.2 Meter is 60 Square Meters so would be good for a maximum of 60 People with rectangular tables or a maximum of 40 People with round table settings, or a maximum of 120people with Cinema Style Seating
Also take into account that you may need more space for a Buffet Section, Bar Section, Dance Section, etc.
