CHG- FAQ'S

1) To avoid disappointment please book early
2) Orders must be finalized 48 hours before you collect the goods from our offices
3) Orders must be finalized 48 hours before we deliver the goods to you
4) Prices are subject to change without notice
5) E & OE
6) All prices exclude transport of goods
7) All goods hired (with the exception of linen) must be returned clean
8) Any linen returned waxed, damaged, stained or torn will be charged for at full replacement value
9) All orders are subject to a refundable deposit, Minimum: R500.00
10) All new customers are required to supply acceptable proof of identity, 2 contactable trade references and to complete a new customer form
11) If, once you have received your goods you notice something is faulty or broken please inform our office immediately, if this is not done you will be charged therefore on return of the goods
